Refund policy
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, contact us at returns@baesix.com.au with your order details.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Change of Mind
For change of mind returns:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for purpose
If this occurs, you may be entitled to:
- A replacement
- A repair
- Or a refund
This will depend on whether the issue is considered a major or minor failure under Australian law.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To change an item:
- Submit a return request
- Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the outcome
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Processing time:
- Refund issued within 10 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
